The AE’s primary responsibility is to assist and support the Editor in Chief and other editors in ensuring that JAALAS continues to disseminate groundbreaking research within the laboratory animal science community. Of note, as of December 2024, the journal Comparative Medicine (CM) ceased publication, and all content within the scope of CM now appears in a special section of JAALAS. The AE is a Remote job position.  Key tasks/skills: Become proficient in using the online editor tools on the Scholar One platform to receive and manage submitted manuscripts. Candidate must have demonstrated ability to learn new software and work within a digital environment. Review scientific manuscripts for proper grammar and scientific content. Th
