Are you ready for a new adventure? Do you enjoy having the professional autonomy that follows a mature practice who is secure in their values? Are you ready to work with a strong leadership team that embraces change? Does the idea of being truly family-centric appeal to you? If so, we'd love to add you to the team!
Everhart Veterinary Medicine is seeking a Hospital Administrator who ideally has experience managing a large hospital (same size or larger) or group of hospitals and can hit the ground running. We are a pair of independent, AAHA Accredited hospitals located in the suburban Baltimore, Maryland area. Our two hospitals are organized as one, large multi-discipline facility with 9 full-time DVMs and a sister, boutique clinic that is a full-service hospital that employs 2 full-time DVMs. Very much matching with our familial values, the two hospitals share DVM time with a stable, consistent support staff.
Our hospital team embraces individuality, but also requires adhering to group family values and our core values of Team, Integrity, Knowledge and Compassion. We are a staple in the community with a solid sixty-four years of foundation that has resulted in a large, loyal, clientele base who value our high quality medicine and surgery.
The individual that would be a desired team member has excellent organizational and communication skills. We are seeking someone with the ability to manage the "big picture" through thorough analysis of business financial data and serve as the positive role model and leader to our well-established leadership team. These expectations extend to strategic growth analysis with problem-solving experience necessary. There would be high valuation of familiarity with Traction and the EOS concept and utilization.
The base salary and benefits would be consistent with VHMA guidelines, with an additional compensation based on production and profitability valuations. Vacation and personal days with additional time allotted for personal and professional growth are included as we embrace work-life balance for all of our staff. Moving expenses would also be considered.
Please contact Dr. Robert Goodman, Chief of Staff, at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your contact information, cover letter and CV. All correspondence will be considered private and confidential. References will only be contacted with permission.
Experience managing a large hospital or set of hospitals. CVPM not required but encouraged.
Additional Salary Information: Additional compensation based on production and profitability valuations.
