| Hello! We are looking for an experienced Practice Manager for our AAHA Accredited, Feline Friendly, modern and busy practice. Our purpose is to change the experience of "Going to the Vet" to a position one, we do this with excellent communication and excellent medicine. Our promise to our clients: We are Happy to Help. Keep in mind a few things regarding the position! We are open Monday through Saturday, opening shifts begin at 7:30am and closing at 6pm on weekdays, we generally leave by 7pm but occasionally stay as late as 8pm, we close at 2pm on Saturdays. Practice manager hours are variable at 40 hours per week. This position oversees all aspects of operations including leading the hospital leadership team which consists of the Director of Client Services (lead CSR) and the Director of Patient Services (lead technician). Establishes financial plans, goals, controls and reporting systems. Oversees and has final decision on hospital operations not pertaining to medical protocols. This position manages the staff and office by instituting and maintaining compliance with policy and ensures compliance with job descriptions. The Practice Manager uses statistical management to make decisions, ensures smooth and efficient patient flow, creates an environment where clients feel competently serviced and where staff can work together as a team. Most important to us is that our practice manager create a supportive and positive atmosphere based around our core focus and our core values for our team, clients and patients. Vision, Dental, supplemental insurances and retirement plan available, uniforms provided after 90 days. A $5,000 stipend is provided for insurance, licensing and other job related expenses. 2 weeks paid vacation and sick time as needed.
