We have over 1,000+ five star reviews from clients in the last year!  We are a vet's vet, where good medicine is our guiding star.  No retail, no sales, just 100% medical and surgical cases.  We offer a fixed salary, annual pay raises every year since we opened in 2008, no contract locking you in.

We strive to provide hour-long appointments at our two facilities (South Riding and Middleburg.)  We believe in providing competitive wages and benefits for our staff so that they can focus on providing the best medicine.  We believe in investing in our facility and equipment and are vocal in the community about raising the standards of pet medicine.  We receive compliments almost daily at how quiet and clean our facilities are, and we believe that this environment is best for staff morale and pet comfort.

Applicant must be comfortable with using the computer and using electronic medical records. We are a unique veterinary hospital that you would have loved to work at after getting out of vet school… we are energetic, eager to keep up with scientific advances in medicine and willing to offer the best for the right care-focused vet.

Salary will be commensurate with experience.  We do not pay commission, have eliminated retail selling from our practices, we do not use non-compete clauses nor non-disclosure agreements, and we encourage clients to purchase medication and pet food online so that our staff can focus on the core mission which is to provide high quality diagnostics and treatment options to pet owners.
