Job Requirements:

  • Experience managing within the veterinary or other medical/equivalent field
  • Demonstrated competence in staff management
  • Must be able to work under the broad general administrative supervision of the owners and to be able to use sound personal judgment in coaching and employee development, prioritization, and decision-making
  • Exposure to budgeting and financial management
