Associate Veterinarian Needed to Expand Our Practice

Countryside Animal Clinic, Inc. is looking for an associate veterinarian to join our team.  We are a mixed animal practice looking for either a small animal veterinarian or a mixed animal veterinarian.  Our practice opened in 2011 and we are looking to expand to a two doctor practice. We have grown very quickly and have a loyal clientele.  We are located in a rural setting with close proximity to multiple towns.  Our clinic has modern equipment as well as an excellent support staff. We are very family oriented and value a good work life balance.  Typical week would be a 4 day work week and also one Saturday morning per month. No on call required. The practice is predominately small animal with some food animal.  We do not do any equine practice.

Features of Our Area

We are located in an area that has multiple lakes and rivers.  We are 10 minutes from Lake Wawasee which in the biggest natural lake in Indiana (other than Lake Michigan).  Boating, kayaking/canoeing, watersports, and fishing abound in the summer.  Chain-o-Lakes State park is just minutes away with camping, hiking, canoeing/kayaking, and fishing. There are several biking/running trails within a short distance.  Also, there are several microbreweries and wineries in our area.  We are about 30 minutes northwest of Fort Wayne.  Fort Wayne has many restaurants, shopping, and activities.  Indianapolis is 2 hours away and Chicago is about 2 and ½ hours away.  Our area offers many activities and close proximity to large cities with a lower cost of living.
