Veterinary Receptionist - CSR

We are a busy multi-doctor, small animal veterinary hospital located on the south side of Columbus. We are looking to add a Full-time Receptionist-CSR to our team. Job duties include but not limited to: answering phones and scheduling appointments, charting, assisting technicians and doctors, and invoicing. The majority of this job position is spent communicating with and caring for the owners of our animal patients. Basic computer skills are required, must be able to multi-task and prioritize client needs. Hours may include morning and evening shifts as well as weekends. Experience in the veterinary field or as a receptionist is required.

The receptionist position at Obetz Animal Hospital focuses on client service and communication. This position provides the first and last contact of all patients and clients to and from the hospital. The receptionist will serve to support operations and front office procedures. This position is responsible for seeing that administrative policies and decisions are carried out to the standards expected at Obetz Animal Hospital.
