ASSOCIATE VETERINARIAN

We are a well established but forward looking two veterinarian practice looking for a full time associate veterinarian to join our companion animal practice. Our practice would give you an opportunity to grow as a professional but also enjoy a high quality of life in a fabulous community. We believe in a team effort approach where every member has a voice to help achieve the best result possible for each client/patient. We deliver quality care but listen to both our clients and patients to provide affordable and realistic options tailored to each case.

Our ideal candidate is passionate about the veterinary profession and wants to continue to learn and expand their knowledge and techniques. We want an associate with great communication and listening skills who is observant, detail oriented, works well with others, and who cares about their clients/patients. We want you to be the best veterinarian that you can be and have a balanced fulfilling life.

There is an opening for ONE full time veterinarian, but a married veterinarian couple would be considered. Base salary and production bonuses will be discussed with qualified and interested applicants as well as other benefits that would be paid for or available. There would also be a buy in opportunity available to an interested associate within a reasonable time period.

ABOUT OUR HOSPITAL

*We have been in business for over 45 years, are well respected, a long time Chamber of Commerce member, and have a very busy surgical and medicine appointment schedule. 

*Renovated building with two exam rooms, surgery suite, two kennels with boarding services and outdoor runs and onsite crematory.

*In house laboratory capabilities with IDEXX machines. In house ECG, Therapeutic Laser, Isoflurane anesthesia, monitor for anesthetized patients, x-ray capabilities, ultrasonic dental equipment, and shortly ultrasound.

*Complete in house and online pharmacy.

*Cornerstone software

*Full support staff including two registered veterinary technicians

 *No emergency duty but some Saturday morning regularly scheduled appointments.

 *We encourage our associates to be active in the community and state/local veterinary organizations.
