We are seeking a compassionate, confident, and skilled board-certified or board-eligible veterinarian to join our growing hospital! Our culture is one that fosters loyalty, respect, and equality all while striving to practice the best possible medicine. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent client service skills, and high-level communication skills are required.
We opened our doors in May 2015 and have already established an incredible reputation in our community. In December 2016, we earned our accreditation with the American Animal Hospital Association, which serves as the foundation to ensure we provide excellent service for our clients and accountability within our team. Our practice provides a bond-centered environment that is exciting, fast-paced, and professionally challenging while still maintaining our focus on client and patient service. Through the use of in-house diagnostic lab work and imaging, a fully stocked surgery suite and separate dental station, multi-model anesthetic monitors for every patient under anesthesia, and a modern, cloud-based practice management software, we provide exceptional care for clients and patients. In general, our clientele is well educated and expects the best for their pets. You will be free to utilize your extensive diagnostic capabilities, since our team members are highly trained and used to their fullest potential.
We are committed to providing all the resources you need to be successful and maintain a sense of ownership in your work. We aim to hone the skills that you have developed and provide the structure needed to develop new skills through a generous continuing education allowance. Additionally, we provide an attractive compensation (25% gross surgical revenue and negotiable base salary), professional licensing, TVMA and AVMA dues allowance, a health benefits package, family-friendly schedule and hours of operation, and observance of many holidays.
If you are a newly board-certified or board-eligible veterinarian and wish to establish yourself in a growing community, we would welcome the opportunity to meet you and introduce you to our team.
Additional Salary Information: 25% gross surgical revenue and negotiable base salary.
