Independently owned by one veterinarian, our practices are a mix of primary care, feline only, overnight/weekend ER, and 24/7 emergency and specialty. Powers Pet Emergency and Specialty is a well-established and respected emergency hospital that also offers referral services in surgery, rehabilitation, neurology, internal medicine, radio iodine therapy, cardiology, and radiology (CT/MRI). Our ER service is the heart of our practice and is completely integrated with our specialty departments.

Proven track record of enhancing the work flow and treatment of patients in a busy 24/7 ER.
Ability to creatively solve operational problems.
Able to earn the trust and respect of both the DVM and technical teams.
Understands the challenges of an ER/specialty hospital with over 100 team members.
Calm demeanor, exudes confidence without arrogance, garners respect.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
