Part time/Relief Veterinarian

Rivertown Veterinary Emergency, a brand new afterhours emergency veterinary hospital in Columbus, GA is seeking an outstanding, friendly, and charismatic relief veterinarian to join our team! We are searching for someone with FANTASTIC customer service skills, contemporary veterinary knowledge, and excellent diagnostic and surgical abilities. We pride ourselves on practicing "best medicine", and have state of the art diagnostic equipment in house (ProCyte, Catalyst, SediVue, DR-40 digital radiography). Our practice management software is cloud-based, and we are a paper-light hospital. We handle exclusively "emergency" cases, (much of which is actually general medicine) and are an afterhours only facility during the week. On weekends, we are open 24 hours around the clock from Friday evening through Monday morning. We have an incredible staff, and are looking for a relief veterinarian with at least 1 year of experience in general practice (no emergency experience required), BUT WILL CONSIDER A NEW GRADUATE! Our 2 full time doctors are AMAZING, and are interested in mentoring the right person until they get a feel for how we do things and are completely comfortable handling cases on their own. WE WILL NOT THROW YOU TO THE WOLVES! Multi-tasking is a must! This is a part time (relief) position with the potential to be full time for the right candidate.
