Hawaiian Humane Society is seeking a high volume, high quality spay/neuter veterinarian to join our team. The successful candidate will perform spay/neuter surgeries on cats, dogs and other animals in our new shelter clinic space or at our future public spay/neuter clinic.
• Providing high level medical care and sterilization procedures to our patients in accordance with established policy and procedure • Performing pre-operative, spay/neuter surgeries and post-operative care • Maintaining proper written records • Communicating as needed with staff and clients in a professional and compassionate manner
Salary is commensurate with experience, plus excellent benefits. Relocation expense reimbursement will be considered.

Requires DVM or VMD. Must be eligible to obtain Hawaii veterinary license within 6 months of employment. Minimum two years of experience working in a clinical environment required. HVHQSN experience is preferred. Humane Alliance training is a plus.
