Have you been working in the vet industry for a while? You absolutely love the animal interactions and client education but the clinic you are working for has no room for growth or promotions? Maybe you have dabbled in ER work or specialty work but are emotionally drained when clients can’t afford the prices, or worked at a shelter but couldn’t help everyone. Have you capped out in hourly pay or don’t want to work in the back office doing administrative work? You would miss the client and pet interactions too much. But frankly you are not sure where to go from here?
If you can relate, consider the positions we have at ShotVet. We are a new type of preventative pet clinic born out of traditional companion practice. Our primary goal is to help educate clients on the importance of preventative care - and we need you to help lead one of our teams!
ShotVet builds teams of outgoing, fun and passionate Veterinary Professionals who provide excellent veterinary services to our patients and exceptional customer service to their human companions. We are looking for caring Team Members with a desire to improve the lives of our 4-legged family members. Team leads manage their own teams and are responsible for client education, managing and training staff, and ensuring all aspects of each clinic run smoothly.
Our perfect candidates will enjoy full time work and be well compensated including health insurance. In exchange, they must love client education and providing stellar care! Our fun and fast-paced work takes place primarily on the weekends, allowing you to have lots of flexibility during the week. Many current leads and field supervisors choose to work just 3 or 4 days a week and can still receive full time pay and benefits!
If you are ready to take the next step in your career with a fast paced, rapidly growing company with lots of growth opportunities - please consider submitting your application!
