We are seeking a Technician Assistant Manager to join our management team!
The Technician Assistant Manager is responsible for the leadership and management of the technician and doctor assistants and is a member of the DoveLewis Manager’s Group. This position is responsible for communicating and enforcing policies and procedures, resolving employee disputes, communicating departmental goals, and creating a work environment that fosters teamwork, excellent patient care, and exemplary customer service. A genuine love of and respect for all animals is required, as is an appreciation of the human-animal bond.
Primary Responsibilities Include but not Limited to:
Directly manage the Technician Assistant department within the hospital
Responsible and accountable for ensuring the technician assistants are following all company policies and procedures.
Responsible and accountable for ensuring effective communication and cohesiveness between departments and shifts, and fostering a positive, productive work environment.
Ensure ongoing, comprehensive training; coordinate and perform training for team.
Create staff schedules
Work with human resources for corrective actions, hiring, terminations, and other employee relations issues.

High School Diploma or GED
Three to five years’ experience working in a hospital / client service capacity.
